Acceptance of Terms

By using Lomica, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Lomica is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

App Service

Lomica provides picnic planning tools, menu ideas, poster templates, inspiration materials, coin-based feature access, and subscription-based premium access. The app is designed for personal lifestyle planning and creative reference.

User Responsibilities

• Use Lomica only for lawful, personal, and respectful purposes.
• Do not misuse the app to create harmful, misleading, illegal, or infringing content.
• Review picnic plans, menu ideas, and packing suggestions with your own judgment before acting on them.
• Ensure that any photos you select for poster creation are photos you have the right to use.

Purchases, Coins, and Subscriptions

Lomica includes coin purchases and subscription options. Coins may be used for specific in-app actions such as generating plans, generating menus, or starting poster creation flows. Subscriptions may unlock premium inspiration categories and premium themes during the active subscription period.

All purchase availability, prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Google Play rules and the purchase interface shown at the time of transaction.

Content and Results

Picnic plans, menu combinations, packing guidance, captions, and poster templates are provided for inspiration and organization. Lomica does not guarantee real-world event outcomes, weather conditions, product availability, safety conditions, or third-party service performance.

Photos and Local Files

When you choose a photo for poster creation, the photo is used for the selected editing flow on your device. You are responsible for saving, sharing, or deleting your own local files according to your device settings.

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The updated date on this page indicates the latest version.
